Welcome to Los Topes, meaning “The Heights”. A spacious, self-catering apartment with a private sunny terrace and easy outside parking overlooking the golf course in Puerto Del Carmen. Excellent sea views to Puerto Del Carmen and Fuerteventura.

The lounge is fresh and modern with TV, DVD, CD. Books/games have been added for your use and internet is available wirelessly. The kitchen is fully fitted with all mod cons including a full oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave etc.

The double bedroom has wardrobes and bedside units. The twin bedded room is also furnished to a high standard and includes the same facilities. There is a large bathroom with a walk in overhead shower, wash hand basin and WC. Beach and bath towels will be supplied.

Outside is a large sunny terrace with table and chairs, sun beds and barbecue. Los Topes would be ideal for golfers, scuba divers, walkers, cyclists or simply countryside lovers. It is within easy reach of all the main islands resorts and other attractions including Timanfaya Fire Mountains, The Water Park and Rancho Texas Theme Park to name but a few.

There is a weekly maid service and we, the owners, are on site in case of any queries. Car hire would be recommended so you can explore our beautiful island. The new golf course is just 5 minutes away by car and 6- 7 minutes away is Puerto Del Carmen with its many bars, restaurants, shopping malls and perfect sandy beaches. In Tias itself and within just a few minutes walking distance are some superb Canarian restaurants, tapas bars, supermarkets and other shops of interest.
